Computers-in-Homes has been extended out nationally
After successful pilot programmes held in Blenheim last year, we are pleased to announce that Computers-in-Homes has been extended out nationally. The programme is focused on parents of school age children with little or no access to internet and who do not have a computer in the home. Members interested in finding out more about this programme can either contact Computers in Homes directly at computersinhomes.nz for area contacts and qualifying details. Interested iwi members in the Marlborough region can contact email@example.com for local information. Regardless of where you live, Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō may be able to subsidise entry costs for members wishing to attend these programmes. Call Lynn Owen toll free on 0800 578 900 to find out more or to see whether you might be eligible for this excellent training course.
Literacy & Numeracy programmess are also beginning for 2016. These are presently available to iwi members in the workforce who require up-skilling on day-to-day literacy and numeracy skills. Classes are held one night a week. We anticipate they will commence within the next 2 weeks. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information on these classes.
