Once again this year Marlborough Lines are offering Tertiary Scholarships to support Māori Education. The final details are being confirmed and we will advise you once applications are called for.

Science New Zealand’s ‘Plant & Food’ programme has a general summer student opportunity that has a number of positions specifically set aside for Māori and Pacifica students. These can, in theory, be undertaken at any Plant & Food location.

One of these positions is a combined business-science project based in Nelson. This is a slightly unusual project, as it has both a business and science focus rather than a straight science angle.

Applicants must be currently enrolled students in a tertiary institute. The PFR summer studentships are paid positions, and the projects are designed to help the students to develop and grow.

Formal applications can be made via the following web link,12749.html
