Iwi Wānanga 28th – 30th Oct Whakatū

Our next iwi wānanga coincides with the Te Waipounamu Kapa Haka Competitions in Whakatū (Nelson). We will travel to Nelson on Friday and accommodation will be provided.

The kaupapa of the wānanga is a celebration of ‘Toi Whakaari’ – Māori performing arts. We will spend Saturday watching and supporting all of our whānau as they take to the stage. Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō is the platinum sponsor of this event.

If you are interested in attending this two day wānanga, please contact the office on registrations@ngatiapakiterato.iwi.nz before 21st October.
