Kia ora e te iwi. Exciting news – Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō is opening an office in Whakatū! This will allow us to have a stronger physical presence within our rohe and make it easier for us to build deep relationships in central and west Te Tauihu.
We’ll share more information in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, do you know of someone who would make a great administrator/receptionist? Take a look at the job details below and don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like further information.
Part-time Admin/Receptionist, Nelson-based
This new role is key to the smooth running of the iwi Trust. The hours are negotiable, but are likely to be
9.30am to 2pm, possibly moving to fulltime hours, with the primary duties being to:
- manaaki visitors and iwi members visiting the office
- work with the Trust administration team to support the functions of the two offices, including general administration and the organisation of logistics for various iwi events
- connect visitors/iwi members to other Trust staff in Blenheim (via video conference or telephone).
The role would suit an iwi member with office administration experience – the staff member will be required to be on site, though from time to time some travel may be required. Start date is early March.
Please send your CV to email@example.com by 5pm Friday, February 28.
