Āwhina Grants 

Āwhina Grants are available to alleviate iwi member hardship where government or related community support is unavailable or insufficient to meet the needs of the iwi member. 

Limits apply and the iwi will only provide assistance to any iwi member/whānau once in any 12-month period.  Evidence of need and attempts to seek government agency support may be requested from the applicant.
