The results of the Trustee elections were announced at the Hui ā Tau over the weekend.
The 2022 Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Trustee elections closed on Friday 16th September. The results of this election were:
- 309 votes for Clinton Gapper
- 206 votes for Nicole Akuhata
- 174 votes for Bosun Huntley
- 126 votes for Tracy Tamou
Therefore, Clinton and Nicole have been elected to represent the Tarakaipa hapū on the Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Trusts.
