Paepae wānanga 2024

Ngāti Apa ki te Rā To is excited to invite Kurahaupō whānau to our Paepae Wānanga at Omaka Marae on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 September 2024.

This wānanga is open to any members, particularly those who are at a beginner or intermediate level, who are eager to deepen their knowledge, understanding, and skills related to speaking on the paepae.

The learning focus will be on waiata, karakia, mihimihi and whakapapa.

Using a tuakana teina learning model, we aim to cultivate a strong foundation within our iwi, empowering members to confidently take on roles on the paepae.
